About Kebun Raya Bali

Indonesia's largest botanical garden spanning 157.5 hectares in the highland mist of Candikuning, Bedugul.

Kebun Raya Bali (Bali Botanic Garden) is located on the slopes of Mount Pohen in Candikuning, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency, at an altitude of 1,250 to 1,450 meters above sea level. Administered by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), the 157.5-hectare reserve conserves over 21,000 specimens representing 2,400 mountain plant species. Highlights include the extensive wild orchid collection, the giant Begonia conservatory, a glass cactus house, and expansive open picnic lawns.
